Cancellation Policy
Timeless Glow Artistry – Booking Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours may result in a 50% service fee. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
No-Show Policy
Failure to arrive for your appointment without notice will be considered a no-show and charged the full service amount. Future bookings may require prepayment.
Late Arrival
Please arrive on time to ensure the best experience. Arrivals 15 minutes or more late may need to be rescheduled and will be subject to the cancellation policy.
Deposits & Card on File
A valid card on file is required to secure all appointments. Select services may require a non-refundable deposit that will be applied toward your total at checkout.
Service Adjustments
All services are customized. If adjustments are needed, please notify us within 72 hours of your appointment. No refunds are offered.
